Someone help me!!! I’m only on day 5 and I already hate everything about this WOE. I’m the only one at home doing it and I’m just so tired of it but I know I need to do this. Please tell me it gets better because I really want to quit. I want to enjoy eating but now all I want to do scream and eat carbs.

I love it, I love butter, eggs, cheese, fathead pizza, BPC coffee, I have not craved bread or sugar at all.

I was the only one doing keto in my house for many months and I needed to remind myself that this is my journey and no one else’s. Focus on your health and not on carbs. Your body and taste buds will learn to love these new foods. Don’t give up. It gets easier.

It gets better, trust me. Once you are in ketosis, you will not crave the carbs anymore. It’s hard at first but look at how many people are successful.  You can do it!!

I love a lot of it, but, I feel that way sometimes too. For me I think it is hormonal. Get on Pinterest and find some recipes. That will help.
