Man… some y’all know i don’t do cardio but i actually added post workout cardio this week.. 3 days actually, pretty big deal for me. Not because it’s almost tubin season here in Texas but because I’m ready to start bulking but still to fat.
I hate cardio too because it make disappear all the curbs I have. But if I don’t do it I don’t lose any fat. I’m debating my self of what I should workout for, definition to get abs or bulk and keep curbs. I wish I can do both with no cardio. I’m thinking about just training for strength but not sure. Lol
