Spinach is a very good source of Iron. And Broccoli.

Seek medical advice from a doctor or e clinic so that they prescribe medication like Ferrous which is iron supplement ;also take Tracie advice green leafy veggies are the good source of iron so is the beetroot and carrot and bean, fish.

You have 2 options:
1. Iron supplements: it’s best to buy those that also have folic acid to help absorb the iron….. Or try molasses with iron
2. FOOD: beetroot, liver, spleen, heart, spinach, grapes, raisins, dates, kidney beans… if you Google you will find more.. Some people drink the water from boiling beetroot. You’d also have to eat a lot of oranges to facilitate absorbing the iron.

I use folic acid and fulsaphate …. occassionally i have raisins they boost it too together with others such as liver , beetroot , spinach even brown beans very good for iron.

I eat a lot of greens, liver and beetroot. I also take a number of supplements, namely: folic acid, brewers yeast, themaine and aboscopic. This has been working for me for years.
