Intermittent fasting… Look into that…. I’ve been doing it for the last 3 weeks I’ve lot a kg a week. Start of with 3 meals a day – no snaking, no sugar. Then try cut back to 2 meals.
Eating window of 8 hours and gradually decrease it

You shouldn’t be hungry. If you’re hungry you’re doing it wrong. Weight loss requires you to eat and not deprive yourself from nutrients. If you do you’ll gain all the weight back and more because of shit metabolism. If you want lifelong results, you have to think what you’ll be eating for the rest of your life
