I’m so so so upset with myself I was doing so well! Then super bowl weekend came and all the parties ahhhhhhh . I feel yucky, horrible, and so mad at myself. I’ve been in a month now and never cheated, how do I get back on track? Also, I’ve been doing kinda a strick lazy keto. I want to go full fledge. Can someone please help? I need a break down on macros and all the goods!

I use that calculator. Decide that you ARE worth better health…purge the house of crap food and move on.

Today is a new start. There are lots of apps to track and set up your macros I use My fitness pal. Everyone’s are set for their goals. Mine are 70-25-5.

I use my fitness pal as well; however, I think that some of their nutritional values of food, especially carbs, are a bit off. My goals are the same as yours. I haven’t cheated, have absolutely no cravings, yet, not making much progress.

Stop being mad about it. It happened and now you know the consequences of cheating. Just continue your keto eating and your body will adjust.

Don’t beat yourself up. If you enjoyed your time off the lifestyle for a day – live it, be it. Just know that it will take about 4 days of a good keto lifestyle for your body to adjust back to weight loss. Good luck – don’t give up.
