You will have to work many years and hard to look like a man. lol. There’s a lot of females that I know that lift weights and you lift a low amount of weight that way you can get more reps in. When I started I just picked up like a bar with 20 lbs on it and did different exercises with that and built up from there. A lot of people think lifting heavier weight is really better but it’s not because you get less reps in. You get a better workout with a lighter weight that way you can get more reps. Start out with something you’re comfortable with maybe a 10-pound weight in each hand and due something like 3 sets of 10 depending on how you feel take a break in between each set. But don’t take too long of a break in between only like maybe 30 seconds. And then get back at it. You are stronger than you think already. Get it girl.

First, your breathing is important. You gotta know when to inhale and exhale. Technique follows that. A lot of people forms are wrong.
