Try rolling out for 10 minutes after some light cardio and stretching. Trick I’ve found is to not stay static the next day. Bike, walk, light squats do something to move the lactic acid out

BCAAs, water, my next day is always a cardio day, and workout your lower body more. If it takes 3 to 4 days, that means on average you do legs 1 day a week, maybe??

Look a tart cherry juice. I love it just before bed on a hard leg day. It helps me with DOMS.
