Yummy. I’m switching from creatine monohydrate to creatine HCl. I hear that HCl doesn’t give you the bloat. I’d love to hear your opinions.
You don’t have to take as much and dissolves in water better
It’s in pre and post jym.. i never had an issue with either types of creatine myself..
I feel like a total fatty after I use the monohydrate. Fingers crossed that this stuff is better!
