You don’t want to bulk up but build lean mass. Your count should be 6 to 8 reps. By the time your in your 4th week of your routine, you should’ve gotten stronger. Don’t increase the weights but increase your rep count to 10-12 count. That shit works. I read on that. Also you can add another rep.

I’m on a lean gain now…I eat 210 grams protein, 530 carbs, 109 grams of fat on 3935 cal a day. Body fat staying about the same and scale steadily going up!
