 I’m on a lean gain now…I eat 210 grams protein, 530 carbs, 109 grams of fat on 3935 cal a day. Body fat staying about the same and scale steadily going up!

Bulk up on your meals. Less than 20 grams of carbs a day. Drink a gallon of whole milk a day. I gained 13 pounds in 8 days
