I’ve naturally done this most of my life. I stop eating by 8pm and on work days I don’t start eating until after 2, off days it’s more like noon sometimes earlier. I do have coffee in the morning though so some people say that doesn’t count.
I do 18/6 and I have for some time now. I do a 24 hour fast a few times a month. Hydration is super important! I would also recommend starting with an 8 hour eating window and slowly work your way down if you choose. Don’t be in a super hurry to fast for 24 hours. Get comfortable with the 16/8. Get your hunger stat set. It’s worth it!
