weigh what I weighed as a high school and college athlete, lost about 15 pounds effortlessly. Body fat about 9%, I am a long time vegan, eat 100% organic food, and admit I am into extreme health and fitness, and I am not a “bodybuilder” by any stretch of imagination, although I do kind of admire and somewhat envy those of you who are. I do a lot of cardio (long distance bike riding), and light weights if and when I do any weights. I believe in the extreme health benefits of IF, as I’ve researched it extensively.
