seek medical advise from a doctor or e clinic so that they prescribe medication like Ferrous wich is iron supplement ;also take Tracie advice green leafy veggies are the good source of iron so is the beetroot and carrot and bean,fish

1. Iron supplements: it’s best to buy those that also have folic acid to help absorb the iron….. Or try molasses with iron
2. FOOD: beetroot, liver, spleen, heart, spinach, grapes, raisins, dates, kidney beans… if you Google you will find more.. some people drink the water from boiling beetroot.
You’d also have to eat a lot of oranges to facilitate absorbing the iron.
