I put on 2.4kg muscle from mid September to end of December. My physique has changed so much. Give it a chance

I started this week on a bulk plan made by Jordan. Having a difficult time getting in the massive amount of calories but trying my best. Feeling pretty good about everything so far.

I’ve been following the nutrition and fitness plan since end of July. I was very strict to begin with but a bit more relaxed now. Weight loss of around 14lbs and building muscle now. Loving it!

 I’m on a cutting plan and I do CrossFit and Olympic lifting for my exercise. My macros seem really high in carbs. I know I need carbs for energy and fuel, but it worries me. I’m paranoid from not having much success in the past, so I think hearing from other people will help calm my fears!
