Mix 1tbsp before breakfast to 8oz cup of water and repeat before you eat lunch and dinner do it for 2 weeks then switch to doing twice a day.

Much and it seems to help my inches come off! I’m a fan! So is my mom and sister. It’s made a big diff for us.

I do 2 tablespoons in about 3/4 cup of cranberry-grape juice to help drink it when I first get up. I’ve noticed that I don’t eat as much and I’m not craving sweets like I used to. I’ve lost 7 pounds in a month.
