Try having dark roast coffee. Has lots of antioxidants, helps restore red blood cells and vitamin E . Contains the antioxidant glutathione, which is important , it is capable of preventing damage to important celluar components caused by free radicals . 1 to 2 cups a day , does the job . Oh and has no calories
Coffee can help burn fat as long as you don’t load it with creamer and sugar or get a latte. If you can handle black it would be great. But if not if you can handle it with some Stevia and no creamer that would also be okay. I personally add a little bit of 1% milk to it. I know milk has sugar but is not as bad as creamer and I add a packet of Stevia. Maybe I don’t get the full benefit but I still get some and I just really can not go without it so I just really care about being able to drink it. Hope this helps. Side note. I’ve read that is good to have some coffee before going to the gym I go in the morning so it’s okay with me. Supposedly it max workout.

Caffeine boosts adrenaline, so does stress.
Combine the two together you are releasing so much adrenaline, that’s when cortisol steps in to help out.
We don’t want to much of this release consistently haha
A lot of people drink coffee to get through the day because they are stressed and fatigued so they are shooting them selves in the foot.
It’s just gonna make them more tired and harder to lose body fat because of elevated cortisol levels.
If you are relaxed and only take a coffee or two a day because you enjoy it not because you need it then you’re all sweet
