Tap water is the best….I will advise you to drink a litre of warm on an empty stomach immediately when you wake up.

Actually it is, in the morning on n empty stomach..u body tends to burn more excess calories trying to heat up the water as drunk cold so it can be dissolved and absorbed, warm water, well it does work but get dissolved fast unless u add lemon in it.
