Having said that, keep in mind that being ripped is not normal and will require that you do things are not normal, mainly in the area of exercise, but also in nutritional choices. For example long hours in the gym and probably a diet higher in protein than a normal person would need.
Avoid any sort of processed foods like the plague. That means 90% of anything that comes from a can. That also includes packaged cookies, biscuits or pastries. If you see a long list of ingredients on the packaging and you don’t know what all those compounds and fancy names are, stay away!
“Going on a diet” is not the answer. Changing you food choices and eating habits (permanently) may be necessary to get ripped depending on your current condition and diet choices. Getting ripped requires two things. Proper diet and proper exercise.
