I did 1.5 miles of HIIT before weight training and I feel significantly weaker on the weights. But I just started weight training last month and just started HIIT today so I attributed it to not being used to it.

Personally found doing weights 1st better. Know what u mean doing cardio to weights feel weaker after if trying pbs

Lift then cardio. I feel like it lessens the possibility of injury
