Is it normal to feel like you are just starving early in this Keto diet?
Yes, if you’re hungry eat. Only until satisfied. Not full. Once you’re off the carbs the hunger will go away on its own. Give it time.
It depends. Sounds like you aren’t eating enough fat. It takes extra to get adapted in my experience.
It’s not uncommon. My hunger went up when I started. If you’re hungry it’s OK to eat till you’re not. It will level off.
Eat more. Good fats.
