The only way to make them go away is by going to the gym remember NO PAIN NO GAIN.
Would recommend you do 15min warm up run+strech and warm down, massage yourself to ease the pain with rubbing oil/Vaseline.
Its normal as your body is responding to the gym soon you will be used, remember, practice makes perfect.
