Is it ok to excersise and weight train before bed ? Without eating afterwards? I always find this works best for me because I’ve ate all the foods I need throughout the day.
All my gym classes are evening classes but i do eat protein afterwards…
Yes, this is fine. As long as you’re hitting your calories for the day, you’re good. It’s often marketing that pushes the importance of post-workout nutrition
while there ARE benefits to getting protein and carbs pre and post workout, it isn’t essential as long as the rest of your day is dialed in correctly!
