Is it ok to substitute a daily walk with a daily workout or should I do both?
If its possible to do both, then go for it
You should do both
Do whatever you can… Any movement is better than no movement. If you’re feeling it do both if not don’t worry about it
What are you doing for workouts? If you have time do both, otherwise one is fine 🙂 If you’re doing resistance training/weights then you should have at least one rest day a week where you just do a light walk.
Daily walk and daily workout are two different things. Do what suits you!!
