Is it okay to do leg workout while you have ankle sprain?
Wouldn’t risk it. Especially if you could get more injured around the area
No rest the ankle for a couple weeks! You could risk a brake because the ankle is already weak and then you will be out for longer
Maybe machine exercises like leg curls and extensions, since they put no weight on it
Don’t risk it mate Better to wait few days or a week than make it worse
I would fall back awhile and get some ginger root in your life its great for inflammation.
