Is it okay to work out on a treadmill everyday? I do 35-45 minutes, 5 times a week. I don’t really run because my asthma is so bad, but i go as fast as i can.

You should I coporate resistance training. Having more muscle on your body will improve the structure and frame of your body and will also continue to burn fat even at rest.

Walking is great exercise and you can do it everyday. Try to add some incline if possible and start adding weight or resistance training when you’re ready! Take rest days between weight days though. Unlike the walking, you don’t want to do that daily.

Nothing wrong with that it get some weight lifting and resistance training in as well make sure protein is up. You don’t want to lose much lean mass as you lose weight

It’s harder to build muscle than it is to preserve it while you lose weight. It’s the only thing you have to keep metabolism up .it doesn’t make you bulky

I know I run out of energy I have three kids and I chased him around and I do things for them and my husband all day long and then I’m wiped out for exercise
