Is it possible to loose weight and still eat bread?

For me. I personally can not I’m a binge eater and bread always seemed to trigger me. I found out its because bread digests so quickly and spikes your insulin levels, leaving me feeling hungry shortly after eating a meal. Once that hunger returns, so does the urge to binge.

That’s White bread…try whole grain or wheat…burns slower as Fuel and digests as fiber which clumps and greatly aids in digestion..

Girl I cannot have bread in my presence….example Hawaiian rolls…i will eat the whole thing at one time lol…nope can’t have bread in my house lol

Whole grain bread and whole-grain bagels have good carbohydrates for energy. But for some strange reason in this group, carbs are the enemy.

Then they complain why they have no energy and then want to result in taking pre-workout supplements. I won’t go into a rant this morning but you get the idea.
