Not really, depends on your starting weight though, based on your profile picture you’re already quite slim so losing that much that quickly isn’t advisable as you’ll be losing mostly muscle and not decreasing your body fat percentage much. I’d aim for 5-8lbs a month for long term sustainable results but also look at what you want to achieve and think about weight training to shape your body, and lose fat but gain muscle
You can do anything you put your mind to it but you don’t want to do something short term that could turn around and have you gain the weight back. Set a realistic goal for yourself. Eat healthy, be strict if you want to look a certain way in the next couple months but don’t be too expensive because you don’t want to gain all the weight back to you work so hard to get off.
