Weightloss and health is all about hormone-system.
To get/keep your hormone system running perfectly:

– Eat a vegan high carb nutrition – carbs in abundance, low-fat and low-protein.
– Move your body daily (cardio sports).
– drink lots of water (at least 3 liters per day)
– sleep enough (8-10 hpurs per night)
– don’t stress yourself
– love yourself
– have fun

If you are dieting yes, I have been on 7days, 13days 28days, 14days egg diet, 10days egg diets, 10days detox diet and in all these you are allowed to have one or two days cheat in between diets.. Only if you are dieting.

It is said that after few days of being on a diet the body (expecting a starvation) will slow down the metabolic process. Unless you eat a full meal from time to time, losing weight would be very slow.
