Healthy eating, calorie intake and portion control is the main priority in losing weight… You can down load a app on your phone that helps with calorie intake, how many calories you need, weight loss etc.. I use lose it.. Cut out sodas, sugary foods, drinks.. Drink lots of water. Eat healthy. Lots veggies and lean meat.. Whole grains.. I don’t eat a lot of starchy food like pasta, potatoes, bread.. Maybe once a week.. Because starchy foods turn into sugar… I eat a lot of kale and spinach.. Fish.. I buy frozen fruit at the dollar tree and almond milk.. I make smoothies in the morning with the fruit, spinach or kale and add almond milk.. i buy lots frozen veggies there to.. Helps when on a budget and trying to stock up.. I work out on my treadmill30-45 minutes a day.. I do a little steep incline.some running and walking.. I also sometimes use weights in my hands.. Swing your hands when you walk..This tones you arms..Just doing treadmill and healthy eating with portion control I lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks.. Now I have started fasting.. I don’t eat after 8 pm.and I do have a smoothie in the morning around 8 or 9.. Lunch around 11 or 12. Small dinner. Breakfast and lunch should be your biggest meals. Now I have weights and a exercise ball I do.. You can do this. You don’t need a lot of gym equipment.
Is that all you use to buy food or do you spend over that? The main staples I buy are lettuce, bell pepper, spinach, onions, zucchini, stewed and diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes, spaghetti squash, 10 dozen eggs, like 2-4 gallons of milk and 2 pounds of cheese and then 20ish pounds meat. We eat a lot of chicken because it’s pretty versatile, but every couple of months I also buy ground beef or pork loins and I separate those out into smaller packages for some variety. We eat zucchini casserole, ratatouille (with a tiny bit of sausage and parmesan), chef’s salad, spaghetti squash spaghetti; I make chili, chicken noodle soup, chicken tortilla soup, cabbage roll soup, etc.
