Honestly no. You can’t target fat loss. It comes from all over your body. But you can definitely help your body burn fat lots of ways.
You can’t spot reduce fat, but cardio and/or HIIT can help you lose fat overall.
Core building cardio, look in Beachbody’s turbo jam or turbo fire. These workouts burn fat and tone the core.
