Is there an easy app that lets you track carbs, protein, fats and calories?
I am using carb manager. Seems ok but only day 2 trying it.
I like cronometer. I does net carbs and has specific keto settings.
Senza is good. I just started using it, but like it so far.
My fitness pal, only problem is they don’t track net carbs!
I use MyKeto diet app. Tracks cal, net carbs, fat and proteins. No complaints so far. There is a one time 3.99 fee. But tracking foods are great. I didn’t like My fitness pal because it didn’t track net carbs.
