In keto in order to avoid fatty liver, have Apple cider vinegar with lemon in morning. You have to have green veg raw approx 7 cup to flush the liver. In keto when body is burning fat, liver has to be taken care in order to avoid fatty liver.
Why first of all people have fatty liver. Mainly due to this reason.
1. There gallbladder not able to produce bile.
2. Pancreas not able to generate enzymes.
To get rid of fatty liver you need veggies.. As it has fiber. So technically you will be in keto if lot of veg included and am saying 7-10 cups. Eat any time u want.
Exclude carrot, beetroot, tomato. Etc.
Add 2 tsp of coconut virgin oil..It will burn more fat as it has MCT medium chain triglycerides.
Also take prohobatic which will generate good enzymes as in keto digestion issue will come as we eat less.
Gallbladder formula is required if you have fatty liver as it will generate bile which will help in also burning fat.
MCT also helps to generate bile.
You don’t have to worry about fatty liver if you eat raw veg daily and lemon-Apple cider vinegar with Himalayan salt with luke warm water.
