Is there any natural supplements I can do to get in my electrolytes? Like pickle juice…idk I’m a newbie and have had weakness and headaches for a week now?

Almonds and avocados are a good source of potassium. Can use Himalayan sea salt for sodium. I take a calcium/magnesium supplement as well.

I just learned this was important. I’ve had body aches, lethargy, restless legs, and I now seem to be getting weird breakouts that I’m not sure is related to the dieting, but it sure correlated, considering I had very similar symptoms during opiate withdrawal.

Yes on pickle juice. I love dill pickles and pickle juice.

Potassium is found in eggs, magnesium you can find in spinach and avocados, and make sure you salt your foods for sodium…. Hope you feel better!
