Is there anyone here who can give me some tips on how to lose weight because I’m working out more than ever but still not losing weight.
Exercise is maybe 25%, if that, of the whole picture. Your diet needs to be in check. Everyone else is going to tell you the same thing.
You can spend hours in the gym every day busting your butt but if you don’t clean up your diet you won’t see results.
Best way to lose is to invest some time researching available books on Amazon. Too much info to convey on here, plus if you put in the effort to read a book on nutrition and exercise you possibly be more inclined to follow it.
