Is there anything okay to eat at night? that’s when I have most my cravings… Any suggestions will be appreciated
When I started working out years ago at the gym my trainer said never to eat after 6 pm and if I was hungry I could eat as many fruits as I liked.. because the sugar content is natural fruits are perfectly fine to eat in the evening

Meal timing is a myth! The only time meal timing counts is around workouts for energy boosts/recovery!
You can have your dinner before bed, it’s no big deal! As long as you stay within your calorie deficit, you will do no harm!
Apple with 1 Tbsp peanut butter or small sheesh
The fruits/ cottage cheese seem like the most safe to eat. I don’t like to eat late at night but I have horrendous sugar cravings.
