Is there anything outside of willpower to reduce suger cravings?
Dont eat sugar. The more u eat more u Crave
2. Brush mouth toungue properly when u crave
3. Cinnamon tea.
I eat fruit. If you stop eating/drinking processed crap, cut your sugar intake in your tea/coffee & replace it with fruit, you WILL realize how much of a difference there is.
Totally cut it out. Maybe try low carb for a few weeks (there’s sugars in carbs which many people are unaware of) just like any drug go cold turkey x
