Yes but your amount is not too much. Ideally, half your body weight in ounces but no more than 150 ounces per day.

You should drink when you’re thirsty honestly your body is really great at making sure you aren’t under hydrated look at the studies that decided how much water you should drink they’re arbitrary

Yes—it’s called hyponatremia when you’ve flushed out too many minerals, especially sodium. I don’t think you’re at that threshold, though. Here’s a question: how often do you have to pee, and what color is it? It should be light yellow, not clear, and I think every 1-2 hours is an ok frequency.

if you working out and sweating and peeing it out you will be fine
