I’ve been debating on trying diet shakes. Anyone have any advice or good ones to try that actually help you lose weight?
I say if you’re going to do it, just make your own out of whole foods! Fruits, veggies, whey protein, yogurt and some almond milk are all you need!
Then you KNOW you’re getting quality out of it and potential crap from a shake company
I drink Herbalife meal replacement shakes. They are not diet shakes, it’s about making a lifestyle change. If you’d like more info let me know.
I drink a HEB diet green tea about 3 times a day, plenty of water and I’ll eat one fruit for lunch and a salad for dinner.
