It doesn’t mean you should always feel the pain,, when your body got used to that,,,,you’ll never feel pain again

you can eat anything but not large amount of food once you can eat 8-10 times a day but small amount of food

It’s all about how you do your exercise and the exertion you put on the abs.Maybe you are not straining yourself enough.Rememer,sometime you have to go beyond your comfort zone when exercising,especially if you want results.If it doesn’t hurt,you didn’t do enough
