I’ve been in ketosis for over a week and the scale hasn’t moved. Not meeting my fat should I add more?
My friend has been stuck at the same weight for a month now and then I bought a new scale and it said was 7 lbs heavier (talk about a mind F LOL) I keep telling “You feel healthier right so why quit).
The scale doesn’t move consistently …. track your macros and be patient.
I plateau every 10 lbs (Increase your water? Reconfigure your macros if you have lost some weight? BUTTTT you feel healthier regardless of the scale right????
Make sure you are still watching portions.. Portion control is HUGE in weight loss
Too much of a good thing can be bad…
Try using a keto calculator. The ones on the tracking apps aren’t usually specific to keto and can be way off. Remember this though… you can be in ketosis, but not lose weight if you aren’t in a calorie deficit.
