May sound crazy- but try ONE cheat meal and then get back on track. Maybe you’re metabolism needs a little confusion. I just did that myself and it helped me to lose again. Also, make sure your calories are meaningful. If I stay under 150g of carbs (usually have 120g) I lose 2lbs a week.
Also- make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. You could also be holding sodium. The number means so little, too, especially if you’re working out. If you’re lifting weights especially you may be getting smaller in inches. Measure yourself if you haven’t already.
Calories in calories out diet don’t really work long term, when you restrict your food going in then you burn more calories out by doing extra cadio your metabolism will figure it out and lower itself to catch up and match the calories you are taken in, that is why people stop losing weight, the fact is you first have to address the root cause why you have that extra weight and why you are having a hard time losing it, all starts with hormone imbalance.
