I’ve been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember and every time I just gave up because either it isn’t happening fast enough or I’m just tired trying. Can’t seem to find the motivation to get my butt up and exercise. I started walking and because of the pain in my legs I stopped. I hate the way I am. I hate the pains in my joints. Don’t! In cases like this, I would recommend a cheat meal weekly, it is best to eat good 6 days a week and have a day to indulge and allow yourself a renewal to start the week strong again. Stay in the path of health, after all, it is all to stay healthy. The pains won’t improve, and neither will health if you do not find the discipline or the best way to cope with your own thoughts. I have learned to do that now, If I absolutely need to eat and want to break the chain then I do but I try to remind myself of the reasons and tell myself farewell then, today have it your way but tomorrow you will have to sacrifice something and keep a good whole day for the next few days. Or if I have this today then I will swim for 30 minutes tomorrow or walk or drink water all day instead of having my favorite antioxidant juice.
Something else I have found is we become obsessed and think about what we have to do so much that we become exhausted of our thoughts and start to feel like we are in a cage. Try to plan your meals ahead, and keep yourself busy. If you notice most people that are on their healthy weights enjoy their life more, they are more active. We most learn to do the same, keep busy, if you can not exercise then call more people. Set plans that you can do, have someone take you to a park and listen to music. Talk to strangers and start living life, you will become motivated again and you will find that few people actually will respond nicely and then you’ve spent a wonderful 3 hours enjoying yourself vs. beating up yourself on how to do this weightloss crap jeje
