I've cut out all breads, grains and processed foods cold turkey out of my diet, but I don't understand why I feel bad. I feel sluggish and I have headaches I can't get rid of. I thought I would be feeling the opposite. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Very normal normally lasts about a month then youll get a grear feeling…ive been the same way

 Your detoxing your body. Your body aka your brain is giving you a guilt trip. Dont fall for it, it took me 3 weeks for me to get detox from the bad food, meds, and people!

Couple a week’s of thst and you will feel better

Just some withdrawals probably mostly from sugar if you’ve also cut down on that. Stick it out. Hopefully in a week you’ll feel different

It’s normal when your body is without carbs it is your body and brains main source of energy
