I’ve decided to try intermittent fasting with 4 eat days and 3 non eat days. You can consume up to 500 calories on non eat days so if I’m starving I figure I can do a shake with just milk & coffee. Anyone else trying IF and have any helpful pointers?

I thought IF was more like 16:8 . (Fasting/ eating) didn’t know about 4 days on/ 3 days off. Does that work better?

I do IF with keto 3 days 16:8, the others under 20gr carb. I don’t know how the severe calorie restriction works to burn fat. What I’m doing is working ok.
