Some foods stick to you more than others. I’m following a diet where you get all you can eat but only specific foods. Did you cut out sugar?
Some food don’t stick to you and they don’t have the “pringles effect” that makes you want to keep eating. Really happy with it. Down 14 pounds so far and no cravings. (I really only walk for exercise.)
You need to restrict your caloric intake. Low carb/no carb doesn’t make any difference…
Calories in,MUST be LESS than calories expended..I’ve lost 85 lbs eating fats, proteins and carbs, just making sure that the total calories which I took in were far less than the calories that went “out”. !!!!
I have kinda the same problem except i think something is legit wrong with me and dr just hasn’t found it yet. I will slowly and struggling lose weight little by little then just suddently gain it all or almost all back in a day or 2. Very frustrating.
