I’ve had a massive weight gain since Christmas and I’m totally burnt out now. My weight is really upsetting me and I feel so crap. I get that it’s my own fault, trust me I do and I’m beating myself up about it. I just feel so awful

You are not alone I promise.. I am in the exact same boat .. I will plan to do something then wake up and be like nope. I have no clue how to break the cycle
