I’ve recently learned it really helps keep you on track to have a reason. What’s your reason?
Prevent diseases,Heart disease, diabetes, fatty liver disease,age faster.
I am a traveller. And travelling while fat is so difficult. The walking..the small passageways..i want not to be drenched in sweat from walking a block.
Me being healthy
I want to lose weight for me. To be physically healthier and be able to do more things.
To be able to keep up with my son when he gets older and because I had so much more energy and confidence when I was fit- now all I wanna do is hide.
