I’ve started a low carb diet but wanted to try Keto now. And I found that 50g per day is ideal for this lifestyle. Is that correct? I’ve thinking of only keeping my carbs by eating vegetables and leafy greens.

50 seems low to me, but it depends on your current weight, BF, and goals. The 70-25-5 rule is pretty accurate.
