Sometimes it’s all in your genetics. Try different butt exercises and mix them up. Hope it works for you

To achieve the look you are going for you have to “refill” the space with muscle. For optimal muscle growth make sure you are getting in the proper amount of protein

Squats are great but sometimes they are not enough. Deadlifts will target glutes and hamstrings better than squats do. I recommend a healthy mix of both.

You need to be lifting heavy weight. If you are doing bodyweight squats or squats with little 5 lb dumbbells for a ton of reps, you will not get any significant size in your glutes. You should be at or near failure before or at the 12th rep of each set for squats.

If you have a particular muscle that needs work, add more isolation work for that muscle. After squats/deadlifts, do some weighted hip thrusts, glute/ham raises, etc.

Be sure to consume enough protein to grow the muscle you are stimulating. If you don’t give your body enough protein, that’s like handing a contractor 20 bricks and asking them to build a house with it. Give your body the protein it needs to build a booty.

You have to build your glutes (and be okay with your stomach getting bigger) then cut weight (you’ll lose some of your glutes but you’ll have built enough to still have a butt)

You can do everything that you’re supposed to do and it may or may not stay it’s all genetics.
