Hey,do you jog alone or with someone? Reverse yourself and do walking in few weeks…then restart jogging …use water and avoid pain killers please
keep on pushing,i forgot 2 tell you that m on treament 4 high blood ,its been years now.
Once you cut the wait the high blood pressure will go…keep pushing the pain will disappear after sometimes
